Meditation is a natural state of mind where no interference disrupts the continuous flow of awareness - a clear and undisturbed perception of reality in the here and now.
At the center, you can receive teachings and practice Samatha or Concentration meditation, as well as Vipassana or Insight meditation. The purpose of these practices and teachings is to purify the mind and cultivate detachment, without any attachment to the teacher, method, location, or effort exerted.
The center has an open meditation hall where anyone can meditate at any time. There are also group meditation sessions in the morning and evening that you can participate in.
In addition to formal meditation, we also practice informal meditation, bringing greater awareness to our daily lives.
